REGISTRATION FOR JANUARY SEMESTER 2011

A. Online Registration Policy:

In order to enable online registration for January Semester 2011, learners areadvised to:

Settle all outstanding fees for the May semester 2010.

B. Complete Registration Policy:

Learners are advised to adhere to the following financial regulations before collectingtheir modules:

Learners are required to settle all outstanding fees

FOR

a) Open Market (Non-sponsored Learners Only):

Minimum payment of RM700.00 is required

For Senior Citizens (learners born on or before 31 August 1957) and

Physically Disadvantaged learners (OKU) will be given a discount of75% (tuition fees based on credit hours only) ** subject to terms andconditions.

Learners who are eligible forEducation Award (Anugerah Dermasiswa) onlyrequired to pay Re-registration fees plus Examination fees (according tosubjects taken).

Learners will be invoiced RM15 per course for courses with mid term exam.

b)PJJ KPM OUM (Bachelor of Education Programmes):

Learners are required to pay RM100.00 for the registration fees.

The payment policy for Open Market learners (non-sponsored learners)

is applicable to those who are not eligible for sponsorship or no longersponsored by KPM.

(There is no sponsorship provided by KPM forrepeat courses)

c)PJJ KPM - OUM (BTPE/BTPS Programmes):

Learners are required to pay RM120.00 for the registration fees.

10% DISCOUNT

Learners are entitled for a 10% discount if they meet the following conditions:

NO outstanding fees for September semester 2010 and prior semesters

AND

Settle all the fees for the January semester 2011 before the FIRST

TUTORIAL.

(Date of official tutorials is according to the university academic calendar)

Learners are encouraged to take this opportunity throughout their study at OUM.Please bring along proof of payment (OUM official receipt, bank-in slip and

sponsorship approval letter) during registration for verification.

** Senior Citizens/Physically Disadvantaged learners who are eligible for 75%discount are not entitled for the above cash discount.

NOTE

To avoid interruption of LMS services, learners are reminded to readand understand the instructions for online registration and take the

necessary actions.

Those who intend to withdraw their EPF for fees settlement need toobtain guarantee letter from EPF before they are allowed to proceedwith the registration.
