– On-line applications are open for one month at the beginning of each semester under Financial Aid on the Douglas website.

• Emergency loans may be available to students who experience unusual delays in receiving their student loan funding

• Fee deferrals are available to students who have been approved for student loan funding

• Allows payment past fee payment deadline while waiting for student loan funding to arrive
