Finance & Accounting Recruitment Consultant - Manchester

This role is based just outside the city centre working for a leading recruitment company who are looking to expand on their existing recruitment team by starting to deliver finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis to their existing client base as well as developing new clients in this market.

The company specialise in professional services recruitment having developed a strong RPO, Account Management and new business team. This role will sit within the new business division and be focused on networking, with the Business Development Manager, within existing accounts to offer a wider portfolio of services to their clients within professional services recruitment – they are also interested in launching HR and Sales & Marketing desks/divisions.

The company have a very professional environment and have a highly enviable client base. The manager operates a very autonomous management style where you are left to get on with building your area with the support of the team around you. They have a very high retention track record and offer excellent commission and packages. You can choose to dual desk or focus on temps or permanent.

What are they looking for?

• Track record of developing a portfolio of clients through networking existing accounts and developing new business

• Strong client account management skills

• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of your market

• A background in recruiting either temp or permanent finance candidates

• Highly self motivated and driven

• Ideally degree educated but industry experience is more of interest

What is on offer?

• £24,000 - £30,000
