What I take away… I feel satisfaction because I could finished the course and completed all the

assignments. It was a challenge for me to combine work, home, children, design thinking…

I was inside the process; I have “suffered” design thinking so I empathized who those that work in it

I will speak with all my colleagues to solve different problems in my organization ; we can create an open (everybody is welcome) team for the proposal of solutions using DT
