Personal Relevance
I don’t want to become another part of the statistic. There are so many different ways and tactics to beat obesity and live a long healthy life.
I wanted to learn ways to make eating right and exercising on a regular basis fun and not a chore that that one has to complete.
![Page 4: Final Sgp Project](https://reader035.vdocuments.mx/reader035/viewer/2022081413/548f4bb9b4795953088b45f4/html5/thumbnails/4.jpg)
Audience Relevance
We are the fattest country and basic nutrition habits start out at a young age. People don’t want to become another statistic.
People need to learn now the issues that they could face, how important exercise it and that it is beneficial to maintain a healthy diet and weight.

Conclusion
• I was very naïve at the fact that we were the fattest country. I was not aware at how bad we actually were overweigh. But after reading articles and books on proper nutrition I know now what I have to do to not become a part of the statistic. I don’t want to be someone who becomes obese later in life and now I know the proper steps that I need to take to ensure that I never will.
