Please be aware that no glassware, food or alcohol is permitted in this area, butfoodandnon-alcoholicdrinkisallowedonthepatio area, just above the pool.

Showers: We ask that after a great day at the local beaches, you use the showers/toilets located on the groundfloor,torinseanysandoffbeforeheadingtothe pool area.

Business ServicesReception is more than happy to assist with a range of business services you may require. Services include photocopying, printing faxing, emailing or scanning.

ConsumablesYouhavebeensuppliedwithastarterkitofwashingpowder, detergent, dishwasher powder, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk. If you require further items please see reception staff.

Cots and HighchairsBaby cots are available for hire at a cost of $20.00 for yourstay.Highchairsarecomplimentary.Allitemsare subject to availability. Should you require such items please inform reception whom will endeavour to meet your needs subject to availability.

Environmental CommitmentWe are committed to being environmentally friendly and reducing waste.•Inapartments-washingmachinesareavailabletowash towels or clothes. Clothes airers are located in the laundry if you do not wish to use the dryer.•Apartmentstowels/beddingareavailableforreplace at an additional cost.•Additionalblanketsareavailableinwardrobe.•Rubbishdisposalandrecyclingareavailableintheseparaterubbishroomlocatedonthegroundfloor.A few tips you might like to think about:•Onlyusethedishwasherwhenloadisfull.•Ensuretapsarenotdrippingwhennotinuse.•Turnthetapoffwhenbrushingyourteeth.•Minimizeyourwaterusagebyhavingshortershowers.•Remembertoswitchyourtelevision,airconditioner and lights off when leaving your apartment.

Fire EvacuationA safety card explaining the emergency evacuation is located at the back of this directory. Please read this uponcheck-in.Pleaseremembernottouselifts,butstairs are located nearby and are clearly marked on eachfloor.

HousekeepingAllourapartmentsareself-containedandareserviced on the 7th day of your stay. If you require any additional servicing, please enquire at reception Feeswillapply.

Excess Cleaning FeeLinenLinen has been supplied. Please see reception for extra linen, charges will apply.

MaintenancePlease contact reception if there is anything not operational in your apartment and well will endeavour to rectify the situation immediately.

NoiseWe seek your cooperation in keeping noise to a minimum after 9.00pm. Any disturbances after this time that require management attention may incur a$150.00afterhourscalloutfeeforeachcomplaint.A no party policy applies to all apartments in the complex.Afeeof$250.00willapplyifstaffarerequired to intervene. We want all guests to enjoy their time at Sandy Cove Apartments.

SmokingAllourinternalapartmentsaresmokefreezones.Wehave supplied ashtrays for your use when smoking on your balcony only. Please be considerate and close thebalconydoorwhilesmokingtoavoidsmokere-entering the apartment accidentally. There may be an extracleaningfeeappliedtoyourbillifdeodorizingis required. This will cover the cost of cleaning carpets and blinds, so that other guests can enjoy theirstaytooinasmokefreezone.

PetsGuidedogsandHearingdogsarewelcomeatthecomplex, however no other pets are permitted on site.

SecurityWe really don’t want anything to happen to your valuables, so please keep balcony doors and windows locked at all times when you are not in your apartment. Keep valuables secure and out of sight at all times, including the car park.

ReplacementsIn the event that something breaks or is damaged in your apartment, please notify reception as soon as possible.

Keys and AccessUpon checking in you will have been given a set of apartment keys. Located on these keys is a small grey disc called a fob. Please ensure that you take your keys with you when you leave the building as security accesswillrequiretheuseofthisfobtore-enterthebuilding.

TheCarparkislocatedonthe1strighthandsideof the building, access is given with the fob. A box is located on the right hand side of the driveway ¾ of the way down. Swipe your fob on this box and continue driving down. The roller door will be rising slowly for you to access your car park space. One car park space is available for most apartments, but visitorparkingisalsoavailableon-site.Please ensure that your take your keys with you if go out or go out to the pool as the security system will requirethatyourkeysareaavailableforre-entry.

Pool TowelsPool towels are not supplied at Sandy Cove Apartments. Please be aware that we encourage you towashandre-usethetowelsprovidetolessentheimpact on the environment.
