Dear Conference Attendees,
A warm welcome goes out to all of you for attending ITS California’s 25th Annual Conference and Exhibition here at JW Marriott, LA Live. ITS California has had record attendance at our annual meetings for each of the last nine years with an average annual attendance increase of nearly 30 percent per year. Last year’s meeting had over 820 professionals in attendance including 45 percent public sector staff and we expect even more this year. Our exhibit hall is larger than ever with companies that represent all aspects of the ITS technology and consulting industry.
You will find a wide range of experiences in this year’s program, including:
• Four outstanding keynote speakers;• Fourteen technical sessions featuring over 50 speakers;• ArtCenter College of Design tour;• Metro ExpressLanes tour;• Jet Propulsion Laboratory tour;• 3M Truck Demonstration;• The ever-popular Vendor Technology Showcase with a new, faster format;• Exhibit Hall with 91 vendor booths;• Three networking receptions; and• Training on the topic of Connected and Autonomous Vehicles.
ITS California is a non-profit organization that relies on volunteers and sponsors to continue to provide a positive impact on the growth of our industry and the professionals that comprise it. Many thanks go out to the dozens of volunteers who made this year’s conference possible and to our sponsors, without whom we would not be able to continue to offer the high level of quality that we have come to be known for. You can find our sponsors on our website, here in our program, and prominently displayed at the beginning of each session.
Please enjoy the conference and we hope to see you at our future workshops, luncheons and the 26th Annual Conference and Exhibition at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco, right around the corner, May 12-14, 2020.
