Self-Disclosure is the practice of letting people
know what youre thinking and feeling. It is the
act ofrevealing to another how you are reacting
to a situation and sharing experiences that arerelevant to that situation (Janasz, Wood,
Gottschalk, Dowd & Schneider, 2006).
