Design of alternate 1-1-1 cross section that includes buffered bike lanes.
On-street parking will be explored.
Upgraded pedestrian access route to meet all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
Design elements to meet Federal Aid requirements for Construction Advertisement.
