In the severe dysplasia (CA in situ) there is full cytological features of malignancy but still the basement
membrane is intact, i.e. there is no invasion
Actinomycosis. Cervicofacial actinomycosis.
Actinomycosis colony (sulfur granule) surrounded by pus.
Primary syphilis (chancre).
Secondary syphilis. Cutaneous macular lesions.
Tertiary syphilis. Palatal fistula resulting from a gumma.
Tuberculosis of the palate.
