The Suryadatta National Awards and the Life Time Achievement Awards 2017 seek to recognize the valuable contribution of those

eminent personalities who are iconic role models known nationally and internationally for their zeal and enthusiasm for excellence

and enrichment of society through their relentless efforts.

Excellence is the hallmark of the Suryadatta Group, throughout its journey for almost two decades and it has found a befitting

culmination in these Awards which were initiated in the year 2003.

These awards honor personalities from all spheres of life whose noteworthy contributions towards augmenting their chosen

vocation has made a vast difference to society, transforming several lives touched by them.

Suryadatta National Awards 2016 is a witness to this where the contribution of personalities were recognized. The felicitation of

these personalities becomes an inspiration for all the students & staff . Even if 20% of the students in India simulate values of such

stalwarts it will go a long way in bringing about a drastic change for the betterment of the society.

The institute received several nominations for 2017 and I would like to thank every entrant for the same. Out of these nominations,

the jury shortlisted a few, the criteria for which are given later in this docket. The sheer number of nominations proves the popularity

of these coveted awards. I wish to humbly recognize each entrant for their nominations.

Every year, these awards are conferred upon the distinguished dignitaries on the 7th of February to coincide with the Foundation

Day celebrations of the Suryadatta Education Foundation.
