Automatic Clearing ACH Payments A NACHA file, similar to the one below, can be generated in Finacs. It can be used to allow your bank to receive payments directly from the parent’s bank account. The file begins with a File Header and a Batch Header, followed by the payment detail and completed by the Batch Control and File Control records.

The NACHA file is set up and run via Utilities > Export to NACHA. Each record type can be modified to the specifications of your bank.
