Finzer Roller offers an effective product to aid in tracking and flattening web products in the film industry. Our Web Tensioning Brushes are designed with a Fineset Nylon Bristle which effectively flex under light film loads keeping the web flat and tracking correctly. These brushes replace standard steel idler rolls, grooved rolls and spreader rolls. They are installed just before converting, printing, coating, laminating and rewind operations.
