Media and communications specialist
Year round I am in charge of organizing all media for editorial and promotions for social media. This involvesshooting and editing promotional video pieces,TV spots, photography of live concerts and creating contentfor all social media platforms. I’m responsible for various graphic design tasks such as creating press releases, resizing festival promotional materials, festival branded instagrams and guidebook ads. During the festival I organize and oversee all videography and photography.
Vancouver International Film Festival August - October 2015 Graphic Designer In charge of creating all graphic content for festival needs. Print ads for all major publications in Vancouver including The Georgia Straight, Vancouver Sun, Metro, Westender ect. Creating branded VIFF materials for web and print: tickets, passes, large format signage, banners, logos, and guidebook ads. Working in extremely fast paced, high pressure environment.
