Filling of Entrance Examination ApplicationForm & Entrance Exam Fee

1. Application form shall be filled by thecandidate in block letters with Black / Blue ballpoint pen.

2. The Candidate shall fill all the columnsrelevant and shall affix latest passportphotograph.

3. D.D. of Rs.1200/- towards Entrance exam feeshall be drawn in favour of the RegistrarB.V.D.U., Pune on any Nationalized Bankpayable at Pune.

4. The D.D. shall be enclosed with theapplication form with name & address ofcandidate written on the backside of the D.D.

5. The attested Xerox copy of the qualifiedexamination may be enclosed with the form(except for those candidates who have appearedfor the qualifying examination & whose resultsare awaited.)
