Sort The Data Once You’ve Copied It All

Sort this data by standards mastery, lowest to highest. That’s how we’ll

get the bars to line up nicely on our

graphical display.

Organize The Data So It Looks Like This

Notice what we did here. The columns are sorted in order of scores. Boys on the right, girls on

the left. That’s how we’ll tell Excel to make a two-color graphical display.
