Energy is a human right1.6 billion people on the planet suffer from energy poverty. Even less have access to sustainable sources.

1.6 million+ children in developing nations die each year from diseases that are associated to toxic chemicals given off when kerosene and firewood is burned.

That’s one life lost every 20 seconds according to United Nations Development Program and the WHO report.

30% of a family’s annual income in the developing world goes towards purchasing kerosene.

$10 billion USD is spent each year on kerosene for lighting in the homes of the poor in developing countries.

780 million

women and children

breathing kerosene

fumes inhale the

equivalent of 2 packs of cigarettes a

day according to

the World Bank.

What if we could change

the reality of energy

poverty?

We have the ability “to be the change we want to see”. Every individual embodies a force within themselves. As a collective global force, we can change the energy poverty landscape.

.

Join Global Forces and provide access to clean energy one student at time.

Change starts with you. Donations and investment are the first step in an ongoing process.

Global Forces teams up with local partners, solar providers and proven networks for change.

We supply each student in each school with solar solutions. Each student is provided training and helps raise awareness about energy poverty.

Solar for Students gives students the opportunity to breath better, reduce burn risks, study safely, and generate savings in energy costs.

Hope. Empowerment. Opportunity.Change.Repeat.

Provide a light. Provide hope.Empower children.Invest in a sustainable future through solar solutions!

.

Together we will create the stepping stones through which students, families and their communities are able to break the energy poverty cycle.

Join us in a global flight. Global Forces Unite!
