You live in a place which regularly gets snow. No. Usually it’s just rainy or icy. No. Not too much precipitaon, but sll cold. Yes. Poor me. Yes. And I don’t want to have cold toes! 3. You have to wear business are while working. Mostly rain? Yes. And I can’t crawl into a blanket while in the office. No. But I’d sll like to look my best. Stop grinning. This is called a fashion opportunity! Another fabulous fashion opportunity! Yeah, poor you. But at least there are Wellies! Go for the boots anyway! cold very cold Siberia—or not. Not indoor Nothing is quite as cozy as a chunky sweater (just not too chunky). 4. You have some place very special to go. Yes. And I want to look fabulous! No. I’m just going to snuggle up on the couch at home. Just say no without coverage. Coordinate trousers and footwear Day me events call for smart, colorful ensembles. Evening events are dressier; Black e usually means LBD or a long gown. This is a great me for open-toe sandals or statement pumps. Don’t forget the appropriate wrap or stole and dress bag.
