Ficom Engineering Pvt. Limited is a Heavy Fabrication unit established in 2011 . Ours is a Private Limited Company, and managed by Board of Directors having Four Directors. Mr. R. N. Sohan Kumar is being the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, Mr. B. P. Krishnappa, is our Executive Director and he will be managing the Production and Operation of the Factory. In addition to the above Directors, directly managing the business of the Company, we have appointed several other senior executives to take care of HR, Finance and other general administration activities.

Accordingly infrastructure developed to fabricate M/s. L & T Komatsu Limited Fabrication and Press components like Engine Hoods, Fuel Tanks, Exequatur items, and M/s. Bharat Earth Movers Limited Exequatur Cabinet equalizing stay etc to name a few. The fixtures to fabricate these components as per L&T and BEML Bangalore requirement have also been developed by our engineers to address the need of stringent quality requirements and productivity from the fixtures in mind.

We have drafted the Quality manual and have a road map to obtain quality system certification within 6 months.

The plant is Headed by a Manager-Production with 16 years of hands on the job & managerial experience in various multinational fabrication and assembly units

Supported by 2 engineers with average experience of 7 years in various reputed fabrication units

6 welders with academic qualification of ITI with one of them having 6G welding qualification. 5 fitters and 4 helpers.


APPROVALS & RECOGNIITIONSWe have complied with all the applicable laws and regular in discharging the statutory payments as and when such payments have become due. These compliances also covers the employee related welfare schemes and other requirements. Some of the Registration and approvals obtained by the Company are:
