New Delhi-l10065 shall pay a consolidated stamp duty of

Rs. 7,50,000 (Rs. Seven Lac Fifty Thousand) only on the

aggregate value of shares of Rs. 75,00,00,000 for'equityshares certificate with· Distinctive Nos. 1,22,57,742 to

1,97,57,741 to be issued by the said company.
