Our Pegasus Ballroom offers the perfect setting for our Hollywood Shared Party Nights 2019, where you and your colleagues and friends can dance the night away with a drinks reception on arrival, 4 course meal, Oscar awards and prizes on the night, Live Music and DJ from Deja Groove until late.

DIRECTIONS AND TERMS & CONDITIONS Terms & ConditionsA €10.00 non-refundable deposit for each guest is required upon booking. 50% deposit is required 1 month prior to event date and final balance is required 14 days prior to your event. Method of payments accepted are debit card, credit card, business cheques and bank transfer. Full pre-payment is required for bookings made within 4 weeks of the event date. Deposits cannot be transferred to cover drinks, food or accommodation, party organisers are requested to inform everyone in their party

of this policy.

Alternative dates are available subject to demand. Additional numbers may be added at any time subject to availability.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation charges will apply :

• 31-60 days, loss of deposits

• 15-30 days, 50% of total booking costs

• 0-15 days, 100% of total booking cost

Please advise of any special dietary requirements. Clayton Hotel Sligo reserves the right to cancel any booking without refund of monies paid if the above terms and conditions are not complied with. Clayton Hotel Sligo has the right to alter Christmas party dates should sufficient numbers not be reached; in this event a choice of alternative dates or refund of full monies paid will be offered.
