Ingredients: • Ice

• oz. of caramel • Dash of cinnamon and sugar

• ½ oz. of lemon juice

• ½ oz. apple juice • ½ oz. spiced rum

Tools: • Shaker tin

• oz. Glass

Fill shaker tin ¾ full of ice and add caramel.

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar into shaker tin.

Add lemon juice.

Pour the spiced rum.

Top off the shaker tin with apple juice.

Shake vigorously!

Pour into your martini glass…
