driven in 10 minutes.

– The length of access road from Sampaguita Avenue to main entrance is 480 m.

• Concerns on Flooding and Odor from Payatas dumpsite

– Based on the hydrological and flood study conducted last March 2010, during

the typhoon Ondoy, flooding occurred at the Sampaguita Ave only and not on

the area of our access road and the project site. Previous floods only occurred

due to clogged drainage along Sampaguita. We have our own drainage going

thru Ferndale that was effective during the typhoon.
