If such services and accommodations cannot be supplied due to causes beyond the company’s control, Bullas Travel assumes no responsibility or liability other than Bullas Travel undertakes to use its best efforts to supply other services and accommodations which, to as great a degree as possible, will be comparable to those described in this brochure.

Bullas Travel reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify any part of the tour in its sole, absolute discretion for any reason whatsoever, with or without prior notice to the passenger.

The passenger waives any claim against Bullas Travel for loss, damage or injury for any reason whatsoever caused or incurred as a result of the rendering of any of the services in the land portion of the tour. Bullas Travel shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whether physical or mental, resulting from any delay, substitution or equipment, or any act, omission, negligence or commission of any party supplying any of the services or accommodations herein, its agents, servants, employees, sub-contractors, for any additional expenses caused thereby, and the passenger hereby expressly waives any claims for such loss, damage or injury physical or mental, arising therefrom or from any cause that arises by reason of actions of parties other than Bullas Travel.

Cancellation Penalties

Deposit is refundable until final payment. After final payment, cancellation for any reason will be

subject to an administration fee of $125 per person. No refund for unused accommodations.
