In 2012 the Fenix Outdoor Group will continue the successful recruitment of top young graduates into the Fenix Outdoor Management Trainee Program. It is an excellent way for driven people holding a mini-mum Master’s degree in Business Administration and Economics to take a leap forward in becoming one of tomorrow’s leaders in the outdoor world within brands and retail. As a graduate you will obtain an insight into the fields of product development, finance, supply chain, marketing/sales and retail. You will receive leadership training and be selected a mentor that will guide you in your personal and professional growth.

All applicants should have strong academic quali-fications and speak fluent English and German.
