The Data Center Op2miza2on Ini2a2ve (DCOI) established in OMB Memorandum M-‐16-‐19 supersedes the Federal Data Center Consolida2on Ini2a2ve (FDCCI) and fulfills the data center requirements of the Federal Informa2on Technology Acquisi2on Reform Act (FITARA).
