The FEMFEM and FLMFLM lubricators are extremely reliable direct feed pumps, which employ a unique pre-feed system utilising a grease scraper vane and oscillating pre-feed roll which homogenizes the grease and forces it into the pump unit cylinder. This ensures correct filling of the cylinder fromthe minimum to the maximum stroke of the pump unit. Therefore time consuming priming is eliminated and this enables the pump to handle up to an NLGI 4 grease. All moving parts of the pump are mechanically operated and contain no valves, springs or packings; pumping units are easily replaced.
