Ball Packaging Europe Belgrade ltd. Boris Smoje Sales Manager Balkan Region

Boris Smoje works on the position of Sales Manager for Balkan Region in Ball Packaging Europe

Belgrade ltd. Since he joints the company in January 2009, he was responsible for sales and business

development, working closely with Key Accounts, as well as local customers in the region,

successfully introducing innovative and value added products and services on the market.

Through his 8 years career in sales and marketing, mainly in international companies of Henkel and

Ball Packaging Europe, he specializes in Key Account Management, Business Strategy Development

and Implementation, Leadership and Startup Management. His clients have included US Steel,

Arcelor Mittal, Coca Cola, Pepsi, Carlsberg, Heineken, Starbev and many others. In cooperation with

Recan organization, Boris has been coordinating great number of marketing activities and CSR

campaigns in Serbia.

As volunteer trainer, Boris has been transferring his knowledge and experience, conducting

workshops, trainings and presentations in the field of Leadership, Key Account Management,

Innovations and Startups.

Boris Smoje has been awarded the degree of Master of Business Administration in Management of

the University of Sheffield. Also, he was awarded CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and

Leadership (QCF) by Chartered Management Institute of UK.
