• Empowerment of staff in use of the LMS• Creation of great online courses • Speak to students’ needs for educational technology in their learning• Great number of students are already using the LMS

Big number of staff in my faculty is using the LMS as a dumping site for study guides; Not utilizing the full potential of the LMS (there is a small number who do utilize most of the tools in myTUTor)
