To whom it may concern,
We are applying to the council for permission to erect a garage/shed outside of the building envelope.
We require another garage for our children's cars to be garaged safely on the property. The garage will be screened well from the neighbours view by thick growth of Lilli Pilli trees bordering both the front and neighbours side boundary fences. This area is the best suitable position as easy access from current driveway coming into the property. The majority of our building envelope is taken up with our existing shed and pool areas.
