What is a CRM?

• Stands for “Customer Relationship Manager”• It replaces the Microsoft Access database

you’ve been using to track CAs• It allows you to send emails to CA

representatives instantly without Mail King.• It can allow for CAs to log in and see the

contact info you have on them.

Why Vtiger

• Encompasses all the features the FCC requires

• Expandable – only using about 10 % of functionality.

• Used by several Fortune 500s – including SAMSUNG

• Backed up nightly by Smith Family Group Inc.

• Access is audited – all changes are reversible and tracked
