Just a reminder if you haven’t sent in your 2020 dues yet, a copy of the annual membership renewal form can be downloaded from our website. Remember that membership dues run on a calendar year, are not prorated and will expire at the end of December. If you have not yet returned your membership dues, please complete the form and return as soon as possible. If you know of anyone who you feel would benefit from becoming a member, please share the membership form. We always welcome new members.Our February General Meeting is a Dinner Party at Timmerman’s Supper Club. It’s a great idea for a Valentine’s Day event!The Tri-State Home Show will be held February 28–29 and March 1, 2020. Also, we need volunteers to be greeters to hand out brochures at the door and hand out gift cards during the seminars. Can you help out??We are looking for a few volunteers to help at the Home Show this year. The show hours are Friday, February 28 from 4:00pm–8:00pm, Saturday, February 29 from 10:00am–6:00pm, and Sunday, March 1 from 12:00pm–5:00pm. Shifts would be in 2-hour increments. Please call Julie at (563) 582-4553 or email dbqhba115@gmail.com if you can spare a couple of hours. Thank you for your help!

Welcome To our Third annual baseball Game Trip To miller sTadium in milWaukee!!

Who’s ready see the Cubs and Brewers play? We are! This year’s game is a little different than in the past. Because of scheduling issues, we are attending a night game on a Saturday night.

We will leave the Spahn & Rose parking lot promptly at 1:30 and will arrive at Miller Stadium between 4:30-5:00. The game is scheduled to start at 6:10 and the stadium usually opens 90 minutes prior to the start of the game. If you need help getting into the park, a shuttle is available and wheelchair assistance to escort you to our assigned section.

Our seats are located in sections 206 to 209. Once our tickets are purchased, we will confirm the assigned section. We are still located on the second level close to the food and beverage stands. Tickets will be distributed during our trip up to the park.

With the later start of the game, lunch will not be provided this year. However, snacks and beverages will be offered on the bus both on the way up and on the return.

Once the game is complete, we ask that you make your way promptly back to the buses so that we can start our journey back to Dubuque. We will offer snacks and beverages on the bus once we are underway.
