The goal of P.A.L is to support the team culture in the office,

direct the new agent to acquaint themselves with the

people and resources at BHGRE Gary Greene, contribute

measured advice and share their personal experiences as an

agent. In other words, be a friend, confidant and PAL.

As we continue to enhance our agent toolset, we are excited to announce an enhancement to LeadRouter and the BHGRE® CRM in which all leads that are accepted by you, via LeadRouter, will no longer require you to manually sync the leads with the BHGRE CRM; this process will now happen automatically, known as Auto-sync. This enhancement will further integrate our BHGRE tools and remove a manual step you are now required to perform in order to leverage the BHGRE CRM for action plans and other electronic communications to buyers and sellers. All LeadRouter materials housed in the Greenhouse and Be Better University will be revised to reflect this enhancement once auto-sync is live on 02/12/2016. Please note that all new leads as well as all of your existing active leads in LeadRouter will be included in this project and synced with the BHGRE CRM unless otherwise stated by your broker. As a result, we encourage you to review your leads in LeadRouter and mark leads that you are not actively working as Proposed Cold. If you are not live on LeadRouter yet and your company is live on LeadRouter, we recommend that you take the BHGRE Agent LeadRouter Course in Be Better University that is needed for you to be eligible to receive leads via LeadRouter.
