P R A C T I C A L I T I E SThe Kirkenes Conference is scheduled to January/February each year. The first conference took place in 2008. The conference has since become one of the most important rendezvous for people concerned with the issues of the high north.

The Kirkenes Conference focuses on different aspects of the development of the high north in intersection between politics and industrial and social development.

Cultural expirences have been a central part of the Kirkenes Conference through the years, a tradition being continued at this year’s conference. This time culture will be integrated through the conference dinner, giving an uniqe experience for our participants.
