A panel of three judges, two artistic and one technical, will adjudicate each entry. Routines will be adjudicated against a point system. The point system can fluctuate to balance each competition in regards to different judges and competitors. By doing so this will ensure that each dancer will have a positive experience and receive a more

accurate evaluation of their performance at that particular competition. Each routine will receive a Purple Diamond, Blue Diamond, Pink Diamond or White Diamond rating based on the

adjudicated point system. With this scoring system, multiple Purple Diamond, Blue Diamond, Pink Diamond and White Diamond adjudication awards may be presented within each age division for each skill level.

Ashley started dancing at age three were she was trained in all styles. At the age of 17 she left the competition world and began touring and assisting with Hollywood Connection and moved to L.A. to follow her dreams. She worked with choreographers such as Brooke Lipton, Rob Schultz, Bill Bohl, Lisette Bustamante, Misha Gabriel, and Chonique Sneed, and Ray Leeper. She worked closely and assisted Zach Woodlee (choreographer for Glee and the new Grease LIVE). Her credits include 2002 Winter Olympics, back up dancing for Aaron Carter, Michelle Branch, Diamond Rio, and Dior. Her movie credits include, The Curious Case of Ben Buttons and was the assistant choreographer for the movie GET SMART starring Steve Carell. Ashley has been teaching and choreographing for 16 years.

She enjoys teaching and inspiring kids all over the country. She has won numerous awards and titles for her Choreography. She can perfect any routine and is known as the “Cleaning Queen”. She loves to push dancers out of their comfort zones and help them develop life long lessons through the art of dance. She has been part of the Relevé Family for 6 years where she loves judging all over the country.

Averie has trained extensively in Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Latin and Standard since the age of three at Center Stage Preforming Arts Academy in Orem, Utah. She has traveled the country participating in many Ballroom and Jazz competitions. Her successful career in dance has lead to appearances in ABC's Dancing with the Stars, Disney's High School Musical 2&3 and MTV's American Mall. Recently Averie toured with Louis Van Amstel's Ballroom with a Twist and was a principle dancer in the production Loving the Silent Tears. She continues to teach Latin, Standard, Jazz and Contemporary in Bountiful, Utah.

Audrey is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada. Audrey began dancing at Bunker Dance Center and continued dancing there until she graduated high school from the Las Vegas Academy for Performing Arts in 2007, where she majored in dance. Audrey then moved to Utah where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, with an emphasis in modern dance, at Utah Valley University on a full tuition scholarship. While there, she was a member of the contemporary company, Contemporary Dance Ensemble for four years. While dancing with the company, Audrey performed around the United States and Spain. She has worked with choreographers such as Napoleon and Tabitha Dumo, and as an assistant to Stacey Tookey from “So You Think You Can Dance” for five years. She was a member of Odyssey Dance Theatre from 2010-2014. During that time, she performed around the country, as well as Germany multiple times, and Istanbul, Turkey.

Shaylene has trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, hip hop, drill and cheer. She has won National and State solo competitions. Shaylene was the Captain of her High School cheer squad and participated with the school dance company. She has performed and trained across the country including San Diego Chargers Stadium, The Pro Bowl, Martha Graham Academy of New York and Broadway Dance Academy. She studied dance at Utah Valley University. Shaylene is the current Vice President of Public Relations for Utah Dance Judges Association and works as a mentor training new judges. She has experience judging studio and drill competitions for over ten years. She has taught at many dance studios and currently teaches jazz and contemporary. Shaylene loves the world of dance and is happy to be a part of its continual growth.

Kira has taught recreational and competition classes at four studios for seven years. She has choreographed many award-winning studio competition routines throughout the years. She has danced since the age of three, and competed in studio competitions while growing up. She was trained under Toni Bauman on a State and National first place varsity cheerleading team during high school, as well as being a member of her high school’s drill team her senior year. She spent her freshman year of college at BYU where she enjoyed taking dance classes. She then transferred to Weber State University where she was a member of their modern dance team, “The Moving Company”. She received her Associate of Science Degree from WSU. She is a mother of three children, is a writer for adoption.com and enjoys running and traveling.
