Summary Torrance real estate investment in February picked up marginally compared to January as total sales increased 3.6%, median days to sell dropped 33.3%, and the sales-listing ratio improved 35.8%. Disappointingly both the median sales price and net listings experienced declines in performance (-9.8% and -23.7% respectively). Year-over-year months of inventory fell 33.3% from February 2016 to 2017.

In February, C.A.R. reported “Existing, single-family home sales totaled 420,100 in January on a seasonally adjusted annualized rate, up 2.1 percent from December and 4.4 percent from January 2016.” http://www.car.org/aboutus/mediacenter/newsreleases/2017releases/jan2017sales?view=Standard
