Greetings From the Willard PTO! Welcome all Willard Wizards! It’s hard to believe that it’s almost time to kick-off another school year, but it’s true. We look forward to working together to make the coming year one of the brightest for the Willard community!
This mailer provides important information to help you get ready for the school year:
• PTOcalendar, which provides dates for special events, PTO programs and school holidays. However, because there are many moving parts to District 90’s activities, we encourage you to subscribe to the calendar on the Willard School web site to ensure you have the most current calendar information available.• Contactinformation for PTO officers and committee members. • WillardPTOWebStoreInstructions – how to sign up to volunteer, join clubs or activities and buy items like the yearbook and Fun Lunch. •WillardPTOWebStoreFAQs.•WelcomeWagonFlyer with important dates for the first few weeks of school.
ThePTOWebStoreopensonAugust18th. The Web Store is the place to sign up and pay for PTO related activities such as FLIP (foreign language), yearbook and more. Student ID numbers (issued by D90), teacher names and a credit card are required.If you need help or have questions, please reach out to Katherine Nix at [email protected]. If you have questions about needing financial support, community resources or other referrals, reach out to Suzanne McLeese, our school social worker at [email protected] or 708-366-6740 ext 8821.
PTOmeetingsareopentoeveryone and meeting minutes are posted on the PTO Web Site. You never know what you might learn at a meeting (or how much fun you can have talking about snow removal and inclement weather!) and we encourage everyone to join us.
