Youth Enrollment Form for February Edge! (this form is for youth in grades 6-12, grades 1-5 MUST enroll at Parent
Central Services in building 470 room 1126)
Let’s Go Bowling!- Tuesday’s children and youth in grades 1-12. Shuttle will leave Pippin Youth Center at 1545. Shuttle will leave School Age Services at 1600 for the Daugherty Bowling Center. Parent’s may choose to pick up from the Bowling Center no later than 1730 or the shuttle will return to School Age Services at 1750 and 1815 to Pippin Youth Center. FREE for youth in grades 6-12.

Let’s Get Creative!- Wednesday’s children and youth in grades 1-12 will make Valentine’s Crafts and more! Shuttle will leave Pippin Youth Center at
1545. Shuttle will return to Pippin Youth Center. FREE for youth in grades 6-12.
Grades: 1-12 Time: 1630-1800
Place: Audie Murphy’s Community Center
Candle Making!- Thursday’s from 1600-1730. Youth will have to opportunity to enjoy making their very own candles! Shuttle will leave Pippin Youth
Center at 1545. Shuttle will return to Pippin Youth Center at 1800. Cost is Free!
Grades: 6-12, Time: 1600-1730
Place: Frame Shop
Technology Time!- Friday’s Middle School and Teen Youth will learn all about Lego Mind storm Robotics. Youth will put together the robots as well as learn how to program them to do all sorts of things! Program will take place at the Pippin Youth Center Technology Lab. Spaces are limited.
Grades: 7-12, Time: 1600-1800
Place: Pippin Youth Center Technology Lab
1. Youth may ride the provided shuttle bus or meet at the activity meeting place. Youth may arrive at the FMWR partner site no earlier than 5 minutes before the activity begins and no later than 5 minutes after the activity begins.
2. Shuttle departure times are exact. Youth must be on time in order to ensure the activity ends on time. Youth will be dropped off at Pippin Youth Center ONLY.
3. Enrollment forms must be turned in by January 24, 2011. Edge! enrollment forms may be turned into Pippin Youth Center, Building 470 Room 1102, or emailed to [email protected]. For more information call the MWR Partnership Specialist at 573-596-0200
