Featuring Sundown Naturals Gluten-‐Free Adult Multivitamin Gummies!

Goal: Encourage Publix shoppers to purchase Sundown Naturals Gummies. We will be sampling the Adult Multivitamin. Sundown Naturals has a total of 7 gummies in Publix. In addition to the Adult Multi, we also have Calcium, Fiber, Fish Oil, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and Melatonin gummies. If allowed, please keep additional bottles of the product on the table for consumer purchase. There will also be a display in the store containing the Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and Adult Multi gummies, so please note where the display is as well as the vitamin aisle so you can direct consumers there to purchase. Since we won’t be offering coupons at the demo table, please let consumers know that the entire Sundown Natural’s product line is on sale at 33% off from 8/2 – 8/15 and that each product in the display will have a $1.00 instantly redeemable coupon on it. There are also coupons in Sunday’s paper that is dropping on 8/3. Talking Points: You may begin your presentation with, “Hi…Today we are featuring Sundown Naturals Adult Multivitamin gummies. They’re fun, taste great, and deliver the nutritional support you need most…and best of all, they’re gluten-‐free as many Sundown Naturals vitamins and supplements are. Now, there’s a deliciously fun way to take your vitamins!” All gummies are Gluten and Dairy Free, contain NO Artificial Flavors and are a 2 per day serving. The following are product benefits in case the consumer asks questions: Adult Multivitamin:

o 9 bottles of the Adult Multi (50 per bottle) which is a total of 450 gummies. o One 8 ½ x 11 board to be mounted on tabletop. o 50 Sundown Naturals Gummy brochures to be displayed on the table.

Directions:

o Place Two of the Adult Multis in an individual cup as a sample to each consumer. Make sure consumers don’t take more gummies than recommended (2 per day). Kids should NOT be allowed to take these gummies since this is an adult product.

Notes: This is a High Alert event. Client & VIP’s will be visiting and auditing stores. Client is requesting many professional photographs.

EVENT INSTRUCTIONS

SAMPLE PREPARATION / EVENT TIPS

- Today you will be sampling Sundown Adult Gummy Multi Vitamins to consumers at Publix. Please set up your table in the HBC

department near the vitamins section. Check with the HBC Manager or Store Manager for preferred location.

- The client has requested displays in all stores that contain 16 units, 4 of each of the following Sundown Gummy items. Sundown Adult

Multi Gummy Multi-Vitamin, Sundown Adult Fiber Gummy, Sundown Vitamin C Gummy and Sundown Vitamin Vit D Gummy.

- Try to set up your table near the Sundown Gummy Shipper display in your store. Or you may place the Sundown Gummy Shipper next to

your event table with the manager’s approval. Prominently display the easel card that was in your kit on your event table. Hand out brochures

to interested consumers.

- You will receive three-3 pack bottles of Sundown Gummy vitamins (9 bottles total) in your kit. You will pass out these Sundown Gummy

Vitamins to interested consumers. Each bottle contains 50 Sundown Adult Gummy Vitamins. You will receive a total of 450 vitamins. You

will place 2 in a souffle cup and sample up to 225 consumers during your 4 hour event.

- Please wear gloves at all times during your six hour event. Place 2 Sundown Gummy Vitamins in a souffle cup and hand to consumer. All

items in the display will contain a $1.00 IRC (Instant Redeemable Coupon) to help sell through product during your four hour event.

- Please be aware of special pricing and product shelf location so you can inform consumers about this information. Check with the HBC

or Grocery manager for any off shelf displays.

- Display all products listed, convey product benefits, inform consumer about the valuable IRC coupon found on the display. Sample

Sundown Gummy Vitamins that were in your kit and sell all varieties of Sundown Gummy Vitamins.

- Try to focus your selling efforts on families with senior adults who may have difficulty swallowing pills. Sundown Gummy Vitamins make

taking vitamins tasty and easy.

- We encourage consumers to check the ingredients on the packages of the product they sample for the most up to date information.

PRIOR TO EVENT

o Read and understand all the information in this packet.

Review your kit contents for accuracy.

Conduct your pre-call to the store 3-Days before your event and verify with the receiving clerk that the product would be available

the day of the event. If you receive a negative response contact your supervisor to possibly reschedule the event.

If event requires a debit card / gift card purchase, please activate your debit card the day before your event.

EXECUTING THE EVENT

Check in with the retailer required manager (e.g. Customer Service Manager/Store or Department Manager) describing your event and

ask to set up in a high traffic area near your product.

Verify there is adequate inventory of the product(s) involved in your project and, if applicable, report beginning inventory on your

PromoReports Form.

Look for a secondary display of Sundown Gummy Vitamins- All Varieties. If located, please set up your table near this display, with

manager approval.

o If Extension Cord is in the Customer Traffic area, tape cords to the floor to prevent tripping.

POST EVENT

Clean up, breakdown your table and leave your area as you found it.

Discard any manuals or POS material in a trash or recycling (if available and appropriate) receptacle and destroy any remaining

coupons or leave with a Store Manager (pending the retailer requirements).

Do not leave the store with coupons or sample product. Store Management may check your cooler/box/cart before you leave the

store.

Complete PromoReports Form and obtain a store stamp and a manager's signature.

Verify the ending inventory of the product(s) sampled and, if applicable, please report this number on your PromoReports Form.

Enter your event results once you have completed your event. Follow the instructions on your PromoReports Form for call in or on-line

entry.

Keep your paperwork for 1 year after reporting your results. You will be keeping the following:

Original event PromoReports Form

Additional report forms (i.e. Learning Center Form, Client Reports Forms, etc.) if applicable to your program

Original time invoice (must have original signature)

Make copies of your receipt on an 8 1/2 by 11 piece of paper and submit the entire page with your paperwork. Retain the original
