LIFE CLASSES, 6-week electives, will begin on Wednesday September 17th. Choose from: "Bridges" with Halima Mela; "Freed-Up Financial Living" with Harold & Darlene Halyk; "Real Marriage" with Pastor John Morris; "Sure Foundation" with Pastor Bob Tauber.

GRIEFSHARE is for anyone who has lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend. This 13-week course begins Monday, September 8th starting at 7pm. Contact Jodi (jdbryant@sasktel.net) for more information.

ALPHA is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life in a relaxed, friendly setting. The course starts with a supper on Thursday, September 18th at 6pm. 'SANCTUARY', women praying for each other and their families, is a new group that meets the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7pm in Choir room, Entrance C. Contact Jodi (jdbryant@sasktel.net) for more information.

SUNDAY MORNING ESOL begins September 28th. From 9-10am each Sunday, there will be a discussion of concepts, vocabulary and expressions that will be presented in the sermon in the 10:15 service.

BOARD NOMINATIONS: Members are invited to nominate members to serve on Elim's Board of Deacons. Nomination forms are at the Information Centre until September 14th and can be dropped off at the church office. The deadline for submitting nominations is September 15th. The chair of the nominating committee is Graeme Swinnerton. Special thanks to Glenda Kadyschuk, Dave Gibson and Enid Pierce who have completed a three year term.

MEN'S MINISTRY 'KICK-OFF' is Saturday October 4th. Pregame tailgate party in the church parking lot at 5pm then off to the Huskies football vs UBC Thunderbirds at Griffiths Stadium for 7pm. Fathers are encouraged to bring their sons. Group rate tickets are $20 and will be available following the September 14th, 21st, and 28th services.

THANK YOU to all the volunteers who helped at our summer family movie nights. We had 300 people attend these events.
