Formed in 1994 by Bob Becker, Fearless Records initially became known for launching the careers of respected punk rock acts such as Bigwig, The Aquabats, At The Drive-in, Sugarcult, and Plain White T's. In recent years, the Huntington Beach, CA label has become an internationally-renowned hotbed for up-and-coming rock bands, including Mayday Parade, The Maine, Alesana, blessthefall, Breathe Carolina and Every Avenue. Fearless Records also established the successful Punk Goes... compilation series, featuring popular rock bands covering songs in other genres. Prior volumes include Punk Goes Pop, Punk Goes Classic Rock, Punk Goes Crunk, Punk Goes Acoustic and over ten years of the "Punk Goes" series have featured hit bands such as The All-American Rejects, A Day To Remember, Rise Against, All Time Low, Plain White T's, Jack's Mannequin, Relient K and Thrice. The tenth in the series, Punk Goes Pop Volume 3, was released on November 2nd, 2010 with a #26 debut on the Billboard Top 200.

- In 2010, there were 6 weeks in which Fearless Records had more titles on the Independent Label Chart than any other label.- Grammy Award-nominated act Plain White T's single "Hey There Delilah", originally from Fearless Records release All That We Needed, became a #1 Billboard hit in 2007, hit #1 on the singles chart in 8 countries,and has been certified as multi- platinum.
