Experiment: Re-discover the natural process of weathering by contrasting the structural properties of electroplating with sediment-like tesselated pieces
Sampling Faults

Faultlines Process
Set up a mold with a curved surface with general intended dimension and form of the bowl
Pour a «solid» body into it (plaster or concrete)
Start applying pressure on the ends of the mold to create the faulted pattern
Pour wax onto the now cracked surface to hold it together and remove the mold
Plate the cracked surface
