• From October 2012-Sept 2014 Assistant Site Manager (ASM) MISSION ESSENTIAL, Afghanistan
ASMs to provide administrative and management support to linguists at that installation and nearby smaller FOBs, COPs, and fire bases. The ASM responsibilities include, • Provide administrative support for all linguists in their AO• Process and resolve all personnel and finance operations for linguists• Process linguist’s leave (Unpaid Time Off (UTO) requests• Coordinate with units for military transportation to deliver linguists to units• Coordinate with POCs to resolve linguist issues affecting the supported unit• Resolve performance issues, conduct counseling sessions, hire/fire linguists• Schedule and track counterintelligence (CI) screenings/re-screenings of all 5 Eyes US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zeland. • Advise FOB leadership on programmatic impacts of local badging and access requirements• Conduct site visits to linguist locations within their assigned AO• Attend relevant meetings, develop a positive relationship with government POCs and units• Require staff and linguists to abide by the PWS, USG rules, regulations, and polices• Maintain accountability of linguists; reconcile accountability with POCs, maintain databases• Document LNL’s annual medical re screening
From-Sept 2014-July 2015 Control Manager, Security and Health and
Supervisor, Coordinator ANRRA CENTRUM SH.P.K. - involved in a 44
million euro IPA project for rehabilitation of the railway line between
Kumanovo and Beljakovce (the Project). It is a section on the Eastern part of
Trans-European Railway Corridor VIII in the country. The project is an EU, as
well a government priority. Corridor VIII (88.2km) starts from Kumanovo via
Beljakovce and Kriva Palanka to Dave Bair, located on the Maced./Bulgaria.
