How to build muscle• Whole body exercises – get the biggest bang for your buck!

yourself outside of the gym), increases self esteem!
• Reps - use a weight you can lift 10-12 times with good form at a
pace which allows a time under tension of 40 to 70 seconds
• Sets - complete 2 or 3 sets with at least a minute rest in between
to allow the muscles to recover
• In and out of the gym in under an hour
• More rest … after working out… building muscle needs your
parasympathetic nervous system to be working!
