FastTrak® Flat Laser Cutting System

The Gerber Technology FastTrak® series of laser cutters introduces a new standard for affordable laser cutting machines. Advanced technology provides low maintenance and user-friendly operation capable of cutting the highest quality dies, strippers and blanking tools. FastTrak has raised the industry standard for quality and performance.

FastTrak system components are manufactured in the United States and are structurally engineered for ruggedness and longevity. Our line offers size options of 60” x 72” (1524 mm x 1829 mm) and 60” x 96” (1524 mm x 2438 mm). Employing AC brushless servo motors with an up-to-date Pentium PC controller, the machines are driven by precision zero backlash pre-loaded ball screws.

FastTrak gives you the quality cut of a fixed beam laser system and the advantage of a compact footprint and higher acceleration. Add the flexibility of cutting steel and plastics and you have the complete solution for your shop.

The FastTrak can be combined with our rotary unit to create a powerful and extremely flexible combination laser system. Combination systems can be easily configured to your needs and space limitations.

Features

• Up to 2,500 watts of CO2 laser power available in either Fast Axial flow or Slab Laser technology.

• Rugged, easy-to-use, fully integrated PC Control.

• Steel cutting to over 0.500" (12.7 mm).
