1. General informationBEZAKTIV GF dyes are specially developed for effect dyeing of cotton garments. The optimal dyeing temperature is 40 – 60 ºC. The reduced temperature leads to an increased process safety due to better control of fixation speed and a reduced hydrolysis of unfixed dye for highest colour yield. The recommended auxiliaries and the correct amounts of salt and alkali are given in the following process description. The BEZAKTIV GF range assures following features:

6. Wash-out effect
Stone wash with pumice stones (Liquor ratio 1:4 – 1:8)
Enzymatic stopFor stopping the activity of possible enzyme residues on the fabric we recommend the immediate complete drying at temperatures > 85 °C.If the fabric is to be stored wet or moist for a prolonged time, an enzymatic stop ought to be carried out by means of the following:

Therefore the material can be better laid and less creases are formed.
