This has ensued me to I adapt to most situations very well and keep calm under pressure. - White Stuff | Retail Assistant |I worked for the fashion brand White Stuff which offered me more responsibilities. I was able to get more involved into the ins and outs of the chain. Further tasks included

individually managing the shop floor, keeping up with appearance and monthly refurbishments, meeting daily income targets, cashing up at the end of day, working out the profits, revenue and future targets.

2013- House of Fraser | Sales Assistant | From my previous retail experience I was able to adapt to the diverse

retail experience and flow through the new job training. This role included further responsibilities such as dealing with delivery’s and working on the newly click and collect team as well as covering two brands (Pied a Terre and BIBA). These positions would regularly rotate giving me the capability to transfer my services to the specified role.

2011- 2012 - Republic Retail store | Sales Assistant |I initially began working greeting customers and cleaning the shop

at closing time. I then quickly moved onto bigger tasks such as taking customer phone calls, learning and working on the tills, handling customer transactions. Other responsibilities included stock room duty organizing the company’s products and dealing with deliveries and rearranging shop floor layout and redressing mannequins using my own creativity.

2009 - 2010- Monkey Puzzle preschool | I volunteered at a preschool, working and interacting with children between the

ages of 2-4 years of age.- I have done volunteering and fundraising for an organization called amnesty international which I am a

member of. - I have worked in a restaurant waitressing and washing up.

Awards and Acknowledgements

I have accomplished my Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award. Within the first month of my employment at House of Fraser a customer wrote a flattering letter to my manager reciting my exceptional customer service. She stated that I “should be employee of the year” and offered me a gift to demonstrate her thankfulness. The appreciation of the effort I put into my job was extremely gratifying. This letter was acknowledged by my manger and I was rewarded with a gift each for ‘going the extra mile’ and ‘always putting the customer first’ from their vision and values reward board.
