Costa Design Group, Ms. Costa received the “Person Of the Year” Award for 2013 from BLLA (Boutique Lifestyle Leadership Association) in the

area of Hospitality and Commercial Design. As an actress she has appeared on television and has been featured in both documentaries and cameo

roles. Her celebrity status makes her a designer with global appeal. Raised in New Zealand and having traveled extensively throughout Europe and

Asia, Sandra brings an exotic flare to everything that she does. As a business woman, Miss Costa is the CEO of The Sandra Costa Design Group, a

Los Angeles based design-build company. Along with her team, she contributes positively to the complex world we inhabit with concept designs for

exceptional life style experiences. Miss Costa success is due to her ability to design for and partner with her various clients. She has successfully

formed alliances with business men such as Mark Fleischman former owner of Studio 54, Michael Kwan owner of multiple restaurant chains

(including Wokano) and Danny Fitzgerald, real estate mogul known for his large scale developments in both commercial and residential estate

properties. Internationally, Miss Costa works with various clients, including Ramla Inc., owner of 160 restaurants in Tokyo, Beijing, and Paris. Miss

Costa works closely with Yuji Ueno (CEO - Ramla Inc., USA), on the concept and design of Gyoro Gyoro / Bar of Tokyo, and a multiple

collection of restaurants Mr. Ueno intents to develop in the coming months.

Miss Costa’s portfolio includes a variation of fabulous estate homes throughout the world, including apartment complexes, wellness centers in China, Japanese restaurants, mausoleums, and

castles in France. As an offshoot to her interior design business, Miss Costa manufactures high end furniture for her own projects (Furniture by Sandra Costa) and for various private labels world-wide. Sandra’s credentials include: American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), American Institute of Architects Allied (AIA), International Interior Design Association (IIDA), and California Council for Interior Design Certification (CCIDC). Miss Costa maintains the rare status of being both a professional interior designer and a contractor with a California state license [GC]. Miss Costa spear heads a brand of associated companies that she develops with her friends, family and associates. These include Westbound Recording

Studios and Artist Resurrection (Record Label), in Los Angeles. Presently, Miss Costa has begun a joint venture with Robert Walsh, a renowned organic produce businessman and New York landscape designer. Together as owners, designers and partners, they combine their deep rooted experiences in food and hospitality to evoke the rebirth

of the historic Four Oaks Restaurant in Bel Air, CA. Miss Costa’s charitable interests include her membership with the Order of Constantine the Great and St. Helen. Within the order, she is recognized as Dame “Lady” Sandra Costa, and well known for her tireless efforts of contributing to the community at large and those

in need.

About Cathy Lee Jones“The Urban Socialite”

Cathy Lee Jones is an accomplished impresario in the music, fashion and production industries. Originally from Los Angeles, she now makes her home on both east and west coasts. As The Urban Socialite, Miss Jones became acquainted with The Sandra Costa Design Group and met with Sandra Costa, who’s global celebrity presence is recognized throughout the world as a custom furniture manufacturer and an architectural interior designer of restaurants and estate homes. Miss Costa shares a strong interest in business and charity projects with Miss Jones, and has designed a unique collection of furnishings called simply “Cathy Lee Jones -- The Urban Socialite”. Miss Costa and Miss Jones will donate a portion of all profits and revenues generated by Cathy Lee Jones, The Urban Socialite furniture line to their favorite charity.
