Recommendation
At any cost minimum one 350 ton capacity chiller need to buy to avoid past experience , or will install admin, Restaurants & reception split or package units to
reduce load.New chiller required Electricity supply & other modification required

WWater leak
1) visual inspection check status of all valve and make list and replace the valve if required 2) quarterly valve excise means close & open excise ( planning to implement after replacing corroded valves)3)check all pipe status ( maximum possible areas)4)start to replace the pipe monthly basis ( depends on occupency, effecting area etc)5)avoid jublee clip method and prefer permanent method whenever water leak6) VFD reset & change the program depends on the situation, Presently adjusted and control the leak

Swimming pool Manama area balance tank overflow channel pipe water leak 1) contacted to Koohiji (one of the spealized company to rectify the leak )they visited the site on 22/10/2014 and they will arranging suitable camera with help of their German dealer, expecting to get conformation before 12 /11/2014 (In 2014 December I could arrange the company with Robert snake camera found the leak & solved, presently there is no leakage in the swimming pool)2) Looking for alternative solution ( break the floor and fixed the leak within certain period , contacting to Dalkia or other related contracting company) Temporary stop the leak inserting flexible pipe 3) monitor swimming pool daily water consumption

PPM1) Hotel equipment list merge with Dalkia PPM number2) PPM Plan will revise based on Accor PPM plan 3)Will implement Effective PPM December,2014 Onwards 4) Keep separate self for PPM document
Energy saving 1)Daily basis water, electricity analysis ( sub meter reading daily basis and check consumption area by area) Monthly basis and yearly basis on going 2) Covert to LED light in guest room , public areas ( every month guest room 10 % ) 3) staff awareness of water & Electricity consumption through ISO training poster, bulletin and team briefing ( coordinating with training manager & Other h/K, F/o and Security) 4) Random check of Guest room , meeting rooms with Security,H/K and F/O to ensure utilities are switched OFF in vacant rooms 5) monitoring usage of chillers as per occupancy & season Note:- I could save water & Electricity 4% compare to 2014

Hot water not reaching in guest room( minimum 5-7 minute to take hot water reaching in some guest room)
1) Fixing insulation on pipe (wherever insulation is exposed )
2)circulation pump efficiency to be checked time by time3) All area Pressure regulating valve (PRV) need to check & service
Done, Monitoring & log all guest, still no more complaint
