FARM MECHANIZATION SERVICE

Agricultural mechanization helps in increasing production, productivity and profitability in agriculture by achieving timeliness in farm operations, bringing precision in metering and placement of inputs, reducing available input losses, increasing utilization efficiency of costly inputs (seed, chemical, fertilizer, irrigation, water etc.), reducing unit cost of produce, enhancing profitability and competitiveness in the cost of operation. It also helps in the conservation of the produce and by products from qualitative and quantitative damages; enables value addition and establishment of agro processing enterprises for additional income and employment generation from farm produce. This service facilitates the Farmer to apply for mechanization of Farm through Meeseva

Note: The asterisk (*) denotes mandatory requirement of documents.

Apply for Farm Mechanization Service: This section contains instructions for the operators of the Meeseva web application to apply for Farm Mechanization Service.

1) In Meeseva home screen, under List of Services, select Agriculture Department services as depicted in Figure 1.

2) Select Farm Mechanization Service in Agriculture Department as depicted in Figure 2.

3) Now Farm Mechanization Request Screen will be displayed as depicted in Figure 3.

4) Enter all the Farmer details such as Financial Year, AadhaarNo, Name of the Farmer, Father Name, Caste, Farmer Type (either MF(Marginal Farmer)/SF(Small Farmer)/Other Farmer),Gender, Application Type(Individual, CHC,IHS,) District, Mandal, Village, Proof Document, Pattadhar Passbook No, Khata no, Area(In Acers) and Mobile No as depicted in Figure 4.

Note: - Here we can also fill Farmer details with the help of Aadhaar No Pre fill.

Note: - Here Farmer Needs to Submit details Based on Application Type (either

Individual/CHC, IHS) .

1) If Application Type is Individual then Farmer needs to Enter Machinery Details.

2) If Application Type is Group under CHC/HIS Then Farmer Need to Enter Group

Member Details & Implement Details.

Note: - If applicant selects Application Type as “Individual”.

5) Enter all Machinery details such as Type of Machinery, Name of Manufacture, and Name of Dealer, Scheme, Name of Machine, Specifications and Quantity as depicted in Figure 5.

Note: - if u want to add another Member details clicking on Add “New row” Button it will generate another row and enter Member details.

Note: Total Cost, farmer share, Subsidy Amount, Initial amount are generated based on implement.

Note: - If applicant selects Application Type as “Group (CHC)”.

Note: In Group (CHC) Package some of the Subtypes are mandatory; Farmer should apply for that implement

6. If the farmer selects the applicant is Group Select Such as Group Name, Scheme, Package,

and enter Group Member Details, Implement details such as package sub type, Quantity,

Manufactures, Dealers, Amount, and DD NO. Bank Name, DD Date, DD amount (In Rs.)

details are enter like shown as depicted in Figure 6.

7) Enter Owner details, address for Communication and Informant Details such as Tractor Owner Name, Tractor R.C No and Tractor engine chassis no, Bank details such as Account No, branch Name, Bank branch City, IFSC Code. Address for Communication Details such as Door No, locality, State, District, Mandal, Village/Ward and Pin code. Informant Details such as Informant Name, relation and Mobile No as depicted in Figure 7.

Note:-For Group farmers we are Collecting Initial Non Subsidy amount as Rs 5000/-

8) Collect the necessary supporting documents as indicated in Farm Mechanization request page scan the documents and upload into the system, as depicted in Figure 8.

Note: All the mandatory fields have to be filled in; otherwise request will not be accepted by the system. 9) Click Show Payment. Another window appears requesting to Confirm Payment as depicted in figure 9.

10) Collect the amount from the Citizen and click Confirm Payment to submit the request as depicted in figure 10.

11) On confirmation, a receipt will be generated as depicted in the following figure. The receipt will contain the Certificate delivery date. Note: Ensure that you have sufficient balance with your service provider (SCA), else the system will not accept the request.

For Individual farmer:

Note: - On submission of the request, Citizen Receives Message. Like your Request for Farm

Mechanization has been entered Wide Application Number, Transaction Id.

12) On submission, the request will be sent to the work flow of the respective Department for

further processing.
